This is a very nice hotel. Budget friendly. Traffic makes it a bit interesting to get in and out of. Not alot of walkable food choices. The beds are really hard and the mattresses are covered in plastic so you sweat. The shower handles were sharp and the area was smaller than expected with hand rails. The room and hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was great, loved having Tazo tea selections. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to chat with.
I stayed 4 nights at this hotel as I was in town for work. The room was clean and fairly quiet, the breakfast is very good with a lot of variety, and the location in Richmond is decent. They also have free coffee and tea available 24/7 and have fitness rooms. I guess the only less than ideal things we're that it can be hard to turn into the hotel due to heavy traffic outside, and the parking lot completely fills up every evening.
A very well-located hotel near the Vancouver airport. It is a short walk to the metro station and other amenities in the area, and a close connection to the rest of the city. Breakfast offerings are your standard hotel fare, but are good nonetheless.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well located for the airport just a short Canada Line train ride away. The free snacks upon arrival for gold Honors members was a nice touch and the staff were all very friendly. I was also able to store my suitcase before and after my stay. There was a little noise from passing aircraft, but it didn’t bother me much.
Very close to YVR and we were able to park our car then head out the next morning. We enjoyed the free breakfast. There was plenty of hot water in the morning.
Great location, 5 mins from airport with shuttle service. Rooms great, must have been refurbished recently as all new. Good service & really good breakfast included.
This was a stay which added a new loyal customer to Hampton Inn. From very start staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and sufficiently furnished for a family. The perks of free breakfast and shuttle made the stay even more pleasant.Even at 3.30 am staff provided take away breakfast bags. Thanks from a grateful customer.
Nice shower head with second handheld shower head! Shower has shampoo, conditioner and, body wash wall mounted in the shower. Airport shuttle, large van was great. Need to add: a non slip mat and grab bar for the shower. Great security feature: key card scanner to use the elevator on ground level. Brown bag mini breakfast before 6am.
